Mustered out Company D, 184th Infantry Regiment Ohio on 20 September 1865 in Nashville, TN My husbands Father----Robert Edward Jones -Enlisted Marine Corp Jan 3, 1942 in Fort Smith AK. Military Speicialties- Filed Artillary Fire Control Man, AAMG Crewman, Automatic Rifleman. Honerable discharge in Port Chicago California Jan 3, 1946. He also enlisted again for the Korean War but all that information is packed away. My Grandfather--William Walter Ward Enlisted in 1942 US Navy, he was on a Destroyer Ship...Honerable discharge in 1946.
